One of our latest Planning approved residential schemes which comprised of the demolition of existing garage to facilitate a contemporary proposed two-storey side extension containing workshop/utility/bedrooms/shower room and rear single-storey kitchen/dining extension. The design proposal incorporates timber cladding to the full single storey element to compliment the proposed two-storey brick and large areas of glazing to open up the garden to the kitchen/dining space.
