We are currently delivering a Grade II listed historic mill refurbishment development complex at Brierfield Mills, Lancashire (Northlight), part of the Brierfield Mills Conservation area and representing an important landmark in Pennine Lancashire. This mixed use scheme will redevelop over 500,000 sq. ft. of Grade II listed building, One Design Architects are acting as Lead Consultant providing Architectural Services in respect of the refurbishment of this ambitious development complex which will include residential, education, leisure, office and commercial accommodation together with extensive public realm and landscaping works which are currently being delivered with joint venture partner Client Barnfield Construction. We have completed all RIBA stages for three of the building now in use, whilst the remaining four schemes are currently under construction.
