TWO STOREY SIDE EXTENSION

A before shot of the house front as part of a refurbishment and modernisation of a detached property in Baildon, Bradford. One Design services included feasibility and planning submission through to construction and project management. Works to the property included a two storey side extension to create a large open plan kitchen/dining area with family snug space. Other works included full modernisation and internal refit incorporating large bi-folding door

Proposed floor plans were produced which enabled us to give our client some price options for the transformation. This was a great help in the decision making process.

A new client approached us after seeing a potential new home. The brief was to see what could be done to modernise and expand it and what the likely costs would be.

TWO STOREY EXTENSION

One of our latest Planning approved residential schemes which comprised of the demolition of existing garage to facilitate a contemporary proposed two-storey side extension containing workshop/utility/bedrooms/shower room and rear single-storey kitchen/dining extension.

A New 6 bed house plus a 5 bed dormer bungalow and complete remodel and extension of existing 5 bed property set in rolling countryside that includes, large open plan kitchens, large living spaces, outdoor entertaining space and generous gardens.
