Lidl Burgess Hill. This site was in a very sensitive residential area and on the site of a former gas Silo. The scheme required a large number of trees to help soften it into the surrounding environment.

MULTI MILLION POUND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT. A very successful Yorkshire property developer approached us to produce a significant landscape design scheme to match the size and style of the new home. The main challenge was that the garden sloped steeply to the back. To overcome this a path and steps were to be added leading up to a summer house with views over the Yorkshire moors.

The existing frontage had a dilapidated jetty and unloved duck pond.

Final scheme including paved areas to the rear to enjoy the countryside views. A new timber jetty was added to allow the duck pond to be enjoyed all year round and a large rear terrace for entertaining.
