3 HOUSE DEVELOPMENTA New 6 bed house plus a 5 bed dormer bungalow and complete remodel and extension of existing 5 bed property set in rolling countryside that includes, large open plan kitchens, large living spaces, outdoor entertaining space and generous gardens.
TRY BEFORE YOU BUYA new client approached us after seeing a potential new home. The brief was to see what could be done to modernise and expand it and what the likely costs would be.

LARGE SCALE COUNTRY HOMEA local property developer approached One Design to look at the possibilty of buying a large building plot. The brief was to produce a secluded 4 bedroom home with large landscaped gardens, pond with ecology area. Also included is a family size swimming pool and entertaining areas.

GARAGE CONVERSIONThis project was to convert an existing double garage on our clients land into a granny annex, feature a double height space within the living area, one bedroom and small enclosed courtyard garden.We the created an Alps setting with nearby lake for these CGI's

SMALL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTThe Property agents Belvoir, approached us to produce some CGI's to sell a small development built on the site of a former hotel.The CGI's were to be used on a hoarding to the front of the site to market the scheme.
CONCEPT DESIGNSA well established Property Developer had planning permission for a large scale 6 bedroom house that had a problematic sloping site and needed a scheme to help sell the property before marketing it. A concept scheme was designed to maximise the slope including steps, a walkway way and link bridge from the house. There were also various areas to relax and entertain including a sunken hot tub.
