CHILLED 250.000 SQ FT DISTRIBUTION CENTRE One of our existing clients asked us to produce a feasibility scheme for a 250,000 sq ft chilled distribution centre with a large admin building that included a roof terrace with restaurant, bar and outdoor seating areas.
