WOW FACTOR GARDENThe brief for this countryside property was to give the frontage a stately home feel that it deserved, including a 360 degree driveway, bespoke water feature and private seating area to view the Yorkshire moors.
Landscape concept including the paddock areas, outdoor kitchen and stable block.
Bespoke 10 car garage was also designed to be in keeping with the adjacent stables.
RURAL LANDSCAPEThe challenge for this project was to create a landscape to reflect the style of the newly built houses in a conservation area. The additional challenge was to also incorporate a large stable block, paddock area and 10 bespoke 10 car garage.
Final scheme incorporating all areas and giving privacy in an overlooked garden and making the most of the sunset in a suburb of Manchester.
SUBURBAN RETREATThe brief for this project was to develop a scheme for a semi completed back garden making use of a proposed internal swimming pool and to include a sunken seating / party area making the use of existing large trees to give shade and extra privacy.
Landscaped areas to the front of the house was used to soften the parking area.
Lighting to the front of the house was used to showcase the house and act as a security measure.
CONCEPT DESIGNSA well established Property Developer had planning permission for a large scale 6 bedroom house that had a problematic sloping site and needed a scheme to help sell the property before marketing it. A concept scheme was designed to maximise the slope including steps, a walkway way and link bridge from the house. There were also various areas to relax and entertain including a sunken hot tub.
